Refund Policy
After your purchase, you have 180 days from the moment you get your package to explore the benefits of this amazing product. We truly hope that you will soon become one of the many customers who contact us to share the joy of their experience with us.
But, if this is not the case with you, and if you are not fully satisfied with your investment, you can easily ask for your money back!
BEFORE you request a refund, please make sure you've given the product enough time to work for you. We usually advise all our customers to use the product for at least 3 months to allow time for the ingredients to take full effect before reaching a conclusion.
Step-by-Step Refund Guideline:

Step 1: Make sure you are still within the 180-day period starting from the day your order was delivered. To confirm the delivery date, please check your tracking number on the carrier’s website. |

Step 2: Send an email to our support team at [email protected] and let them know you're not fully convinced by the product’s benefits. Please add “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email to ensure your request is prioritized. |

Step 3: Send all the bottles back to us (whether they are empty, full, or opened) at the return address below. Please include a note inside your return package with your full name, email address, and order ID (optional) so we can quickly locate your order and process your refund. Return Address:
Slimetics Returns As long as you return all the bottles and the Packing Slip, your refund will be processed within just a few days of us receiving your package. Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered by us. |

Step 4: Be patient, we will process your refund shortly after we receive your package. You will also receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement. |
